Big Brother in Canada

Is this really where we are at Canada? Our government is proposing bills like this online surveillance bill that essentially shreds any bit of privacy we have online, also shredding your natural human right to privacy. Also to try to sway the public opinion by saying "If you do not side with this bill then you side with the child pornographers". Is this really the kind of talk that wins votes? Have we really allowed this kind of scum to come this side of the border??. Correct me if I am wrong but is this not the same kind of privacy invasion that is causing such an uprising in the American people? I thought Canadians were smarter than that, I thought this was the kind of thing that made us different from the United States. The very idea that our leaders would propose this kind of bill shows us that it is time for a change, it shows us that our upper ranks have fallen to the same corruption that has rotted the very foundations of the United States. Please, get informed people, read the bills that are being passed, and have your say. If we do nothing then we are sure to suffer the same fate as America.
